Thoughtful Strategic Planning – Excellent Execution
Thoughtful Strategic Planning – Excellent Execution
Email marketing is an essential tool for attracting and retaining customers. Research has shown that click-through rates can be significantly higher than what is normally seen for social media networks. A study by Marketing Serpa showed that 72% of consumers preferred receiving promotional messages through email. Research has shown that 93% of B2B marketers use email – primarily e-newsletters – as part of their content marketing strategies. Successful email strategies have seen $38 generated for every $1 spent. But how do you stand out from all the other emails crowding inboxes?
The goal of email marketing is to get your audience to move to the next stage of the funnel – ideally to take some type of defined action (website purchase, app download, or resource sign-up). Drip campaigns, which are simply automated sequences, can be established to send a systematic flow of emails to your leads and database. When a person submits their information, they automatically receive one email; 3 days later a second email; and 2 weeks later a third email, etc. These drip campaigns can save your company hours of work each week.
The key is to create personalized and targeted emails that speak to where that particular consumer is in the sales funnel — also known as audience segmentation. Additionally, emails must have engaging visuals and headlines that align with your business objectives, brand voice, and brand positioning. In doing so, a company can increase brand loyalty and repeat purchases and drive traffic to its website.
Email lists are routinely housed through an email marketing service (EMS) such as MailChimp, Constant Contact, and Drip among others. These services typically require a monthly membership fee based on the size of the email list.

We offer an initial contract term of six months. The cost of our services is fixed for each type of service. Pricing is based on the amount of emails managed for your business. Pricing does NOT include the cost of email marketing software or the cost of any advertising, such as social media advertising or search engine advertising, needed to grow an email list.
If you do not have an EMS, we can make recommendations for you and assist with the setup. If you have a preferred email marketing software, we can integrate with yours.
The cost associated with this service is normally far less than the cost to hire, train, and manage a person to execute email marketing in a manner that is aligned with your brand’s positioning, business objectives, and strategies.
If for any reason, after three months, you are not happy with your email marketing’s performance, we will cancel the agreement we have with you and refund 100% of the money you have invested with us. However, prospective clients should be aware that it normally takes six to 12 months to see substantial results from email marketing.
